Matthew Mitchell is a three-time SEC Coach of the Year and the winningest head coach in the history of the University of Kentucky’s basketball program. He established the Winning Tools principles originally as the foundation for his teams’ success. Through Mitchell's focus on the fundamentals, he led the program to new heights―seven 25-plus winning seasons and UK’s first SEC Championship in 30 years. Mitchell now leads the Winning Tools leadership platform, sharing the proven value of these principles beyond just sports. He lives with his wife and two youngest children in Lexington, KY.

Lacy Mitchell Arant began her career at 19 years old when she opened her first pilates studio following her studies in New York City. She opened a second studio two years later along with a high-end athleisure retail store. She exited both in 2018 and transitioned into sales and leadership development with Beautycounter. She built a sales team that has delivered $3M of clean beauty into the marketplace and her business continues to grow. She also owns and operates a short-term rental real estate company with her husband as a part of her business portfolio. Lacy specializes in business innovation and building systems to promote team and business growth. She lives in Madison, MS with her husband and two children.
